Spree 2026!

We took 48 children and young people to Spree 2026 at Westpoint and had an awesome weekend. We are so thankful for the fantastic weekend our children and youth had at Spree SW. This year’s theme, “God’s Unstoppable Love,” reminded them that nothing can separate us from God’s love. It was a weekend full of worship, bible teaching, fun activities, plenty of snacks and time spent with children and youth from over 100 churches from across the South West. We are grateful for the opportunities they had to grow in their faith, build friendships, and encourage one another.

God’s Amazing Gift of Friendship

If you were in trouble who would you call at 2am? Inspirational Paul Boult asked us this question during today’s weekly staff devotion, and it really got us thinking. He reminded us of God’s amazing gift of friendship. Thanks, Paul, for inspiring us! How could you put this into action this week? Send a message, make a call, invite someone for coffee, or check in on someone who might need a friend. Here’s one of our discipleship groups taking time out to enjoy each other’s company during a country stroll.

Fun in the Park

Looking ahead together. Our senior leaders and trustees met together last night. It was a chance to plan, share understanding and pray together. These are two important groups for the leadership and governance of the church, it was great to see the enthusiasm and commitment in the room with a shared sense of where we’re going. They do a terrific job behind the scenes and we’re incredibly grateful them.
